Her latest work, The Tap Cats of the Sunshine Coast, was inspired by her aunt's experience of taking up tap dancing during her retirement. In addition to this heartwarming novel, Christine's writing career includes a memoir titled Gough and Me: My Journey from Cabramatta to China and Beyond, which won the prestigious Society of Women Writers non-fiction award. Her fiction work, The Changing Room, draws from her experiences at the non-profit organization Dress for Success and also won the Society of Women Writers fiction award. Christine's diverse background as a community worker and senior public servant adds depth to her storytelling. She is an active member of several writing organizations and generously shares her knowledge through writing workshops.
